Stef's class is a wonderfull combination of step aerobics, stability ball, weights, pilates and yoga. Come enjoy her art of blending it all. (Note: all our instructors thrive on variety and quality of exercise selection.)
Karen's class is 40 minutes plus of straight step aerobics, with concentrated ab work and stretching at the end. Lots of combinations with options of high and low impact moves. (Note: Bring a towel, water, and be ready to sweat in all our classes.)
Julia's class varies depending on who shows up. She's known for working her group hard, while keeping things simple in choreography. (Note: We do our best to teach to you.)
Classes are included in membership. Or pay $30/month or $5.00 a class.
All classes are one hour long and include a warm-up, 30 to 45 minutes aerobic componant, abdominal and/or isolated body work and stretching.
