To make our life stories short:

Glenn started the gym in 1982, it was his dream to own a gym in his home town.

Karen bought into the gym in 1989. After spending 9 years working for Pacific Nautilus in Bellevue.

Glenn was an All-American Javalin Thrower with a full ride scholarship to Southern Methodist University.

Karen played Volleyball and is in the Portland State University Hall of Fame. In 1991 got certified with the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health/Fitness Instructor.

Both were bodybuilders 1984-1992 with lots of trophys to show for it and were undefeated in couples.

We love to work out. Always have and always will. We enjoy helping others. We don't believe in fads, but from every fad there is something to learn and add to the fun. It's all work, to feel good.

Yea, we're a little older now, but with LOTS of years of experience to help you workout.
